Roof Repair and Maintenance
GRI Roofing offers roof repair and maintenance programs to keep the life of your roof in good condition for as long as possible.
Like your heating and air conditioning equipment, a roof needs periodic servicing and inspection to maximize the return on your investment. The suggested times for routine inspections are in the spring after the winter season and late fall after the hot summer weather. Inspections are also warranted following a significant weather event, such as wind and /or hailstorms.
Roofing systems may fail due to several factors:
1. Poor workmanship during installations
2. Poor design of the roof system
3. Faulty materials
4. Weathering or weather events
5. Trapped moisture or mechanical damage
6. Neglect and lack of maintenance
7. Foot traffic on the roof surface
A roof maintenance program should be similar to any other mechanical system requiring maintenance. Your HVAC systems, for example, require regular inspections and routine maintenance to keep them in operational condition. A roof maintenance program aims to identify problem areas and complete repairs before they become significant issues.

GRI Roof Maintenance Program
GRI's Roof Maintenance Program is a preventive maintenance and asset management service designed to extend roof life and provide our customers long-term care, planning, and ongoing service. The program includes the following:
- A roof maintenance program designed to meet the needs of each customer.
- Bi-annual roof inspections with inspection reports and photographs.
- Discounted pricing for regularly scheduled service.
- Help with long-term budgeting and roof assessments (roof asset management).
- Priority service call scheduling for GRI customers.
- Help with planning improvements affecting roof safety or roof efficiency.
- 3yr and 5yr budgets help customers plan for improvements, major repairs, coatings, or reroofs.
Our GRI Roof Maintenance Program allows our customers to leave the hard work to the professionals. Once a customer has enrolled in the program, we schedule regular roof inspections throughout the year and provide the customer with a summary report and photos after each inspection. Simple repairs will be completed on-site during the inspection, and any problem areas and recommended repairs or improvements will be noted on the report. Hence, the customer has a clear picture of the roof's condition.
Program Pricing: on average, a maintenance inspection costs less than emergency repair visits, but pricing will depend on the age, condition, size, and complexity of a customer’s roof(s). Call us today at 479-806-0548 and ask about our GRI Roof Maintenance Program.
